Dr. Halm Designated Senior Aviation Medical Examiner
by the Federal Aviation Administration
July 2008 Dr. Steven J. Halm
has been designated a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) by the FAA.
Dr.Halm has provided class 2 and 3 pilot medical examination for the FAA
since 2002. As a "Senior" AME, Dr. Halm is
now able to provide complete physical evaluations for any pilot
in the US, whether they be private pilots, transport pilots, or
commercial airline pilots. Dr. Halm becomes one of 1,700
physicians in the US that are qualified, based on training and
experience, in designating the health safety of such US pilots.

Since 2002, Dr. Steven J. Halm has been a certified
Federal Aviation Administration "Aviation Medical
Examiner" (AME). He has performed dozens of Class 2 and Class 3
medicals on pilots in the area. In addition, he has flown for over
30 years and is an experienced Instrument-rated pilot.
